Rental policies and timing
What to expect before you reserve.
How early should I reserve?
Reserve about eight weeks before the event when possible. Orders inside three weeks depend on collection availability and may have expedited charges.
When will I pick up and try on the rental?
Your order will include a written pickup window. Try on every piece as soon as it is received so the team has time to address a fit concern.
When must the rental be returned?
The return date will be printed on the order. Most formalwear programs require return within one to three business days after the event.
Are deposits, waivers, or cancellation fees required?
They may apply based on the final rental collection. All payment, cancellation, damage, and late-return terms will be provided in writing before payment.
Can you coordinate out-of-town groomsmen?
Yes. We create a party roster, measurement instructions, and deadlines so local and out-of-town members follow the same plan.
