Appointments

Appointment availability varies by service and location. Please give at least 24 hours' notice when rescheduling or canceling whenever possible. Late arrivals may require a shorter fitting or a new appointment.

Alterations and fittings

Timelines and pricing depend on garment construction, requested work, material, and event date. Some projects require more than one fitting. Clients are responsible for bringing the shoes and foundation garments that will be worn with the garment when fit affects the finished result.

Custom orders

Custom garments are made to individual measurements and selections. Deposits and completed custom orders are generally nonrefundable. LLOUIMA will work with the client to address verified workmanship or fit concerns consistent with the agreed order.
