Refund & Return Policy for Louima Custom LLC

At Louima Custom, our goal is to ensure every client is satisfied with their purchase. We take pride in the quality of our craftsmanship and customer service. That said, our refund and return policy reflects the nature of custom-made clothing and outlines what you can expect if an issue arises.

All garments made by Louima Custom are custom-made to your specific measurements and fabric selections. As such, custom orders are not eligible for return or refund if they meet the specifications confirmed at the time of order.

If there is a concern with the fit or construction, we will gladly assess the garment. If we determine that adjustments are possible and reasonable, we may offer complimentary alterations or modifications. All fit concerns must be addressed within 7 days of delivery.

Ready-to-wear (non-custom) items may be returned for a full refund or exchange if they are:

• In original, unworn condition
• Returned within 30 days of delivery
• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Items that show signs of wear (such as shoes or ties that have been worn) are not eligible for return or refund.

Non-custom orders may be canceled prior to delivery. Please notify us within 30 days of placing the order if you wish to cancel. Once the item has shipped or been accepted, standard return policies apply.

Once your order is ready, we will notify you via your preferred contact method (email, phone, or in person). It is your responsibility to accept or reject delivery of your garment within 120 days of this first notification.

If no action is taken within this time frame, the order may be considered abandoned. At that point, Louima Custom reserves the right to use, resell, donate, or dispose of the garment. No refunds or credits will be issued for abandoned orders.

We will make one final attempt to contact you before disposal, using your last known contact information. If we do not hear back within 30 days of this final notice, your garment will be handled at our discretion, and you may be billed for any associated storage or disposal costs.
